We are now looking for a new Team Leader for the City/Norr area. At Excelencia, we offer you a varied job with great responsibility where both our staff and our customers are at the center. With us, you will have the chance to come up with new ideas and solutions.

As a Team Leader in this area, you are the right hand of the supervisor and support them in the daily operations within a geographical area. Your main workplace is out in the field where you have daily contact with your supervisor, and together you work to meet the needs of customers and staff.

The role of Team Leader with us includes, among other things:

• Cleaning services for our customers
• Key management
• Material deliveries

Who are you?

To succeed in this role, we see that you:

• Have previously worked with office cleaning in an exemplary manner
• Have experience in service work and are used to meeting customer needs.
• Are meticulous, responsible, and have an eye for detail.
• You enjoy working independently
• You are responsible and aim to provide customers with higher value in what we deliver
• You speak, understand, and can write basic Swedish
• Have a B driver's license
